Abstract
Yenisey ve Dağlık Altay yazıtları, eski Türklerin gündelik hayatına, diline ve kültürüne ait izler taşıması bakımından önemli belgelerdir. Ailenin temel unsurlarından olan anne ve babaya duyulan sevgi, güçlü aile bağları ve sağlam toplumsal yapı için oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı eski Türklerden günümüze ulaşan Yenisey ve Dağlık Altay yazıtlarında anne ve baba sevgisiyle ilişkilendirilebilecek ifadeleri tespit etmek ve onlara duyulan sevginin yazıtlarda nasıl yer aldığını ortaya koymaktır. Nitel araştırma yöntemiyle hazırlanan bu çalışmadaki verilere doküman analizi tekniğiyle ulaşılmış ve bu verilerin yorumlanmasında içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Günümüzden yüzyıllarca önce oluşturulmuş bu yazıtlarda, anne ve baba sevgisiyle açıklanabilecek ifadelerin yer aldığı görülmüştür. Söz konusu bu ifadeler, yazıtların anne ve baba sevgisi gibi duygusal anlatımların aktarımı yönünden de dikkate değer olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca bu yazıtların, okullarda gerçekleştirilen anne ve baba sevgisi gibi aile temalı etkinliklerde bir eğitim materyali olarak kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
The Yenisei and Mountainous Altai inscriptions are significant documents as they contain traces of the daily life, language, and culture of the ancient Turks. Love for parents, who are the essential components of the family, plays an important role in establishing strong family bonds and a solid social structure. The purpose of this study is to identify expressions in the Yenisei and Mountainous Altai inscriptions that can be associated with motherly and fatherly affection and to reveal how this love is represented in the texts. Using a qualitative research method, the data were obtained through document analysis, and content analysis was applied in their interpretation. The findings show that these centuries-old inscriptions include expressions that can be explained by parental love. These expressions indicate that the inscriptions are noteworthy in conveying emotional themes such as love for one’s parents. Moreover, it is suggested that these inscriptions could be used as educational materials in school activities based on family themes such as parental love.
