Abstract
Çalışma kapsamında 1986-2021 yılları arasında Türkiye’de bulunan üniversitelerde eğitim liderliğine ilişkin yürütülen lisansüstü tezler incelenmiştir. Toplam 829 çalışmadan oluşan örneklem, sistematik inceleme ile çok boyutlu olarak analiz edilmiş ve raporlanmıştır. Yürütülen çalışmaların mevcut durumda çoğunlukla liderlik türleri ve liderlik uygulamalarının eğitim alanındaki diğer değişkenler ile ilişkilerinin incelenmeye yönelik tasarlandığı görülmektedir.
Yapılan çalışma; geniş bir örneklem doğrultusunda yürütülmüş ve çıktıları ile analiz edilmiş bir değerlendirme çalışmasıdır. Bu bakımdan hem çalışma alanına yeni dahil olacak araştırmacılar hem de sahada bulunan uygulamacılar için önemli bir fayda yaratma potansiyeline sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Within the scope of the study, postgraduate theses on educational leadership conducted at universities in Turkey between 1986 and 2021 were examined. The sample, consisting of a total of 829 studies, was multidimensionally analyzed and reported by systematic review. Currently, it seems that the studies conducted are mostly designed to examine the relationships between leadership types and leadership practices with other variables in the field of education.
The study carried out; It is an evaluation study conducted on a large sample and analyzed with its outputs. In this respect, it is thought to have the potential to create significant benefit for both researchers new to the field and practitioners in the field.
