Abstract
Günümüzde bilgiye ulaşmanın en kolay ve hızlı yolu olarak görülen dijital teknolojiler getirdiği yenilikler ve sağladığı kolaylıklara karşın özellikle yakın zamanda toplumsal yaşam, bireysel hak ve özgürlükler alanında düzenlemeler yapılması gerekliliğini hissettirmiştir. Nitekim yasaların ve ahlâk kurallarının temelini oluşturan etik ilkeler artık dijital teknoloji kavramlarıyla da bir araya gelmiş, literatürde felsefe, bilişim, sosyoloji ve eğitim bilimleri gibi disiplinler arası bir yaklaşımla ele alınmaya başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı da alanyazında etik genelinde dijital etik özelinde yapılmış çalışmaları incelemektir. Çalışmalar betimsel analiz yöntemi ile ele alınmış, her kategoride inceleme yapılmıştır. Taramalar sonucunda ulaşılan çalışmalar anahtar kelimeler, başlıklarda kullanılan teknoloji kavramları, araştırma yöntemleri ve araştırma desenleri, örneklemler, çalışılan üniversiteler ve çalışıldıkları yıllar bağlamında incelenmiş olup özellikle dijital etik konusunda çalışmaların literatürde yeterince yer almadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Digital technologies, which are seen as the easiest and fastest way to access information today, have brought innovations and conveniences, but have also led to the need for regulations in the areas of social life, individual rights and freedoms, especially in recent years. Indeed, ethical principles, which form the basis of laws and moral rules, have now come together with digital technology concepts and have begun to be addressed in the literature with an interdisciplinary approach, such as philosophy, computer science, sociology and education sciences. The purpose of this study is to examine the studies that have been carried out in the literature on ethics in general and digital ethics in particular. The studies were analyzed using a descriptive analysis method, and an examination was made in each category. As a result of the scans, the studies were examined in terms of keywords, technology concepts used in titles, research methods and research designs, samples, universities where they were conducted and the years they were conducted. It was found that studies on digital ethics are not sufficiently covered in the literature.
