Aim and Scope


AIM

YENİSEY Journal of Language and Literature is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal that has been in publication since 2020. It is dedicated to publishing original research in the core fields of educational sciences and philology, as defined by the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Interuniversity Council (ÜAK).

Prioritizing research in language, literature, linguistics, and culture, YENİSEY aims to provide an academic platform that supports scholarly engagement and contributes to the advancement of knowledge in these disciplines.

The journal operates under an open-access policy, offering free and unrestricted access to its content for all readers.

All submissions to YENİSEY undergo an objective and rigorous review process. Manuscripts are evaluated by field experts under a double-blind peer review model, ensuring both impartiality and confidentiality. Accepted articles are published based on the chronological order of submission.

One of the primary goals of YENİSEY is to become a globally recognized and widely cited academic source in areas such as Turkish language education, foreign language teaching, linguistics, literature, translation studies, and cultural research.
